Jeremy D. Price
Jeremy D. Price is an experienced attorney focusing on serving clients in estate planning, probate, and elder law. Jeremy opened his own law firm to better serve the people of the community and do what he enjoys best, advising and assisting people plan for the future. Jeremy’s diverse legal experience enables him to counsel his clients on the complexities of estate planning and the challenges we face as we age.
Prior to opening his own law firm, Jeremy worked for a local litigation firm in Sacramento where he was responsible for all areas of case management, including filing lawsuits, conducting discovery, and trial preparation. After law school, Jeremy joined the United States Air Force JAG Corps where he served as an attorney. His responsibilities included: prosecuting criminal cases, advising military commanders on criminal and civil matters, and estate planning for military service members and retirees. Jeremy also provided legal assistance on a variety of other practice areas, including: family law, landlord-tenant law, consumer law, and federal and state tax law.
Jeremy graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall) in May 2008 and was later admitted to the California State Bar that same year. While in law school, he served as the Submissions Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. He also graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy.
Jeremy grew up in Fremont, California where he graduated from John F. Kennedy High School as the Valedictorian. He enjoys playing sports, particularly tennis and basketball, boating, the outdoors, and loves to spend time with his wonderful wife and four daughters.
